Kristiana Engelhardt, ND
Dr. Kristiana Engelhardt is a licensed naturopathic physician whose practice focuses on women’s health, fertility, hormonal imbalances, and gastrointestinal conditions. Dr. Engelhardt values individualized healthcare, recognizing that the typical “one size fits all” approach does not work for most patients. She believes that integrative preventative medicine is the future of healthcare and is proud to use a variety of modalities when helping her patients, including nutrition, botanical herbs, acupuncture, homeopathy, and mind-body medicine. Dr. Engelhardt hopes that by working together, each one of her patients can regain control of their own health and achieve optimal wellness.
Philosophy
Dr. Engelhardt’s treatment approach is largely patient-centered. She believes that everyone should understand their medical diagnoses and strives to create an environment in which decision-making is shared between patient and provider. Additionally, she recognizes that everyone is different and enjoys providing personalized treatment to each patient, which supports their overall health goals.
