If you would like to schedule an appointment or learn more, please call, email, text, or schedule a discovery call.
Directions: Please review the detailed instructions below before your first visit. Both offices are convenient to the highway and maps will get you to the parking lot, but finding the correct building and suite can be tricky the first time!
Essex, Connecticut Detailed Directions
From Route 9 heading north: Take Exit 3, and turn right at the end of the exit ramp.
In less than a quarter mile, just as you crest a small hill, look for a small wooden sign on the left for “Wildwood Medical Specialists.” Turn left into the driveway just before the sign.

Proceed past the first building to the second building, pictured at left. Park in front of the second building.

The first door on the front, pictured at right, says “Sean Going, New Earth Acupuncture.” Go in that door, and then in the first door on the right. We look forward to seeing you!

From Route 9 heading south: Take Exit 3, turn left at the light at the end of the ramp, and then proceed straight through the next light, then follow directions above starting below the map at “in less than a quarter mile.”
From the Mystic/New London area: Route 95 south to Exit 69, take Route 9 north to Exit 3, and follow the directions from Route 9 North above.
Park City, Utah Detailed Directions
From I-80, take the Jeremy Ranch exit. We are located in the professional buildings behind the gas station. There are 3 buildings, and we’re in the one FURTHEST from the gas station.

Go through the main door, and go downstairs. (Stairs are to your right, elevator is left and back, behind the sign.)

At the bottom of the stairs/elevator, turn right twice, and we are the second door on the left.

Medical Intake Form
Prior to the first visit, we request that you complete a medical intake form that will be emailed to you. You can also fill out the form on the patient portal if you prefer. This information will greatly facilitate your doctor’s ability to help you at the first visit.
What to Bring
- Insurance card, if you have one.
- The actual bottles of any prescription medications, vitamins, supplements, and/or other over-the-counter medications you take.
- Any recent lab and imaging results that you have copies of.
Insurance and Fees
Insurance companies are constantly changing what services are covered. Currently, many private insurance plans and some Medicare Advantage plans do cover portions of functional medicine care. Straight Medicare does NOT cover naturopathic medicine, nor does Tri-Care.
HSAs and flexible spending accounts can be used to cover all fees not covered by insurance, including copays, co-insurance, and supplements. We will assist you with any paperwork they might require.
Does my insurance cover ND’s?
We realize dealing with insurance can be terribly confusing, so please let us help! Liz is our insurance expert with decades of experience dealing with insurance companies. She is happy to assist you with determining if and how your specific insurance plan covers us, including whether we are in-network. Call us today!
Preferred Provider Networks
Dr. Procyk, Dr. Clark, Dr. Engelhardt, and Kate Olko, FNP-BC are currently preferred providers with Aetna, Cigna, and Anthem Blue Cross – CT ONLY – (many Anthem policies for people who live and work in Connecticut originate in other states and exclude naturopathic medicine).
Fees
For those whose insurance does not cover naturopathic medicine, we offer multiple options to make comprehensive integrative functional medicine accessible. Please see the Services page to learn more about our different options. We are also happy to talk with you about which option best fits your needs: call us anytime or schedule a discovery call.
